Members keep accurate records of their Supervised Agricultural Experience Projects using the website, www.theaet.com
SAE projects vary based on student interest and career pathways. Common projects include market livestock animals exhibited at the Lewis County Fair, working for local farmers, and operating businesses, such as mowing lawns. Students are recognized for their efforts in SAE projects by earning FFA Degrees and Star Awards.
Students enrolled in High School courses are required to complete an SAE project with at least 20 hours of records per semester. Junior High students are required 5 hours per semester.
